html-garden

html-garden is a digital playground for experimenting with everything the web can be. It is a continual work-in-progress passion project that continues to actualize concepts from my thesis website. I take apart and reassemble code and web materials I've found during my exploration of Neocities and the Old-Web-nostalgic Internet, forming an online bedroom of sorts.

tumblr hauntology

Tumblr Hauntology was the first Neocities website I ever made, and serves as the website for my undergraduate thesis. I dissect Tumblr's legacy of queer Internet potential and break apart time and space in this autoethnography.

tara byte

Tara Byte is the drag persona I created in 2022 as a member of VC Royalty. She has performed on stage at Vassar College and Bacchus Restaurant in New Paltz, NY. Tara Byte is the featured artist of a 2024 documentary directed by Leon Moore, which has been selected for international festivals such as the IndieFEST Film Awards and the LGBTQ Unbordered International Film Festival.
