In my art and writing, I like to play with form and content by applying techniques from digital collaging, textile arts, and other DIY hobbies to bigger conceptual projects. I often draw from my experience as a transmasc person in the Chinese diaspora to explore themes such as artifice, haunting, and legibility. I’m eager to bridge my academic research with my creative pursuits to create accessible public humanities projects.
During my education, I've conducted interdisciplinary humanities research with a focus on fields such as of social justice, critical internet studies, and queer theory. I graduated from Vassar College in 2024 with a B.A. in American Studies. I will be attending Queens College's MLIS program this upcoming fall! I'm excited to deepen my skills and experience working with memory and organizing information.
A hyper-stylized experimental personal webpage. Forever a work-in-progress and my biggest project yet.
My undergraduate thesis project from May 2024.
